Yes. For example, Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) can lower blood sugar, so we require you to eat within 2 hours of your visit. Our RNs also provide snacks during the infusion if needed.
Yes! Our Licensed Phlebotomy or RN team can perform the draw using your existing doctor's order, or you can select from our K-Beauty wellness panels.
It depends on the panel. Metabolic and baseline wellness panels typically require 8–12 hours of fasting for accurate results.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your appointment date and time. This deposit is applied directly toward your total service balance.
Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Forfeiture: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows" at your Las Vegas location, result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
One-Time Transfer: You may reschedule once without penalty if requested 24 hours in advance.
If our licensed RN team determines you are medically ineligible for treatment during the pre-visit review or on-site assessment, your deposit will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair resolution.
We serve Las Vegas, Summerlin, and Henderson. Travel fees are waived if you bundle a lab draw with any IV service.
